Reservation Procedure:

• Fill out the Pre-Booking form.
• Please wait for availability confirmation.
• Pay 50% of the total reservation amount upfront, and the remaining 50% will be paid 15 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
• 50% refund of the total booking amount for cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival.
• No refunds will be given after this date.
